Cancellation Policy
Hotel standard cancellation policy: Cancel 24 hours before arrival, to avoid late cancellation fee equal to one night room and tax.

Parking
There will be a 50% discount for parking.  Self is currently $22.50 ($45), Valet $24.50 ($49)

Convention Center Transportation
The DeVos Convention Center is directly across the street and attached to the Amway Grand Plaza therefore, shuttle transportation between the two locations will not be provided. If you have questions regarding transportation, please contact us at [email protected].
