March 6 - 8, 2016 in Houston, Texas
Learn More About CAMEX
In 2016 NAMTA will launch one of the most dramatic changes ever to its annual trade show and conference – Art Materials World. For the first time the event will be co-located with another association trade show – The National Association of College Stores (CAMEX). This new format is scheduled March 6-8 at the convention center in Houston, Texas. The new event will be substantially larger than the NAMTA show and it will offer buyers an increased array of purchasing opportunities while simultaneously providing exhibitors with a new and larger audience of potential customers.
Art Materials World exhibitors will all be located in the same area of the show floor so NAMTA buyers will be able to easily, comfortably and with a high degree of familiarity, walk the aisles of great Art Materials World products - just as they always do. Plus there will be the usual NAMTA hospitality events.
The Hyatt Regency Houston will be the NAMTA headquarter hotel. It is located just a few short blocks from the convention center and shuttle service will be provided.
"When I get to NAMTA I always get inspired to buy better, merchandise better and grow. The things that will help generate revenue for me are seeing some of the vendors and finding product that I may have not known about."
- Anthony Ochoa, Binders Art Supplies and Frames, USA
"It is the only comprehensive art materials market in the US. Good place to gain knowledge, see new stuff and network."
- Kathy Brennan, Preston Arts Center, USA
