Grex Airbrush

Airbrushes - Easy as 1-2-3
Sunday, March 4         1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.  NAMTA Booth

When selling airbrushes, it’s important to understand how to use an airbrush and how to differentiate the various types and styles. It can get confusing with all the products available. But with the Grex Airbrush System, choosing an airbrush is as simple as 1-2-3. The systems approach to our design results in only 4 core airbrushes - and in combination with our comprehensive line of accessories, these four airbrushes can accommodate any artists applications and preferences.

Each Grex airbrush can grown and transform with the artists needs. The simplicity of the system also means less SKUs for your to carry. So join our demonstration to learn how Grex Airbrush can allow you to offer airbrushes with a minimal investment.

Presented by Danny Ink who has been with Grex Airbrush for over five years and has been working with airbrushes for many more. Danny  is very familiar with the Grex Airbrush design philosophy and its influence into their sales and marketing. This has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of how airbrushes can be leveraged in many different industries and markets.

How to ArtResin Your Artwork!

Sunday, March 4        3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.    NAMTA Booth

ArtResin Epoxy Resin is a non-toxic clear coat that makes artwork POP while protecting it. ArtResin founder Rebecca Zak will demonstrate how easy it is to measure, mix, pour and spread your ArtResin for a flawless finish. And, she'll tell you why ArtResin is the best epoxy resin product on the market for all your creative applications (hint . . . ArtResin was designed by artists for artists and is chemically engineered for safety and non-yellowing protection!). Come see how easy it is to take your artwork WAY up to the next level!
But be careful . . . ArtResin is addictive!

Presented by Rebecca and David Zak, artist-entrepreneurs and co-founders of ArtResin Inc. Ten years ago, Rebecca and Dave searched in vain for a non-toxic epoxy resin with exceptional non-yellowing properties to coat their paintings and photographs. When they couldn't find what they were looking for on the market, they teamed up with a chemist to develop a proprietary epoxy resin formulated specifically for art applications, now known worldwide as ArtResin™ epoxy resin.

Why Board is Better
Discussing the Benefits of Pre-Mounted Art Boards

Monday, March 5      9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.    NAMTA Booth

Not all art is created in the artist’s studio. Creating art outdoors or on location often requires the use of heavy easels or rigid backing materials just to keep the art substrates in place and secure. Not so with pre-mounted art boards from Crescent. In this discussion we will: • Demonstrate the many benefits artists can enjoy from creating on rigid artist surfaces.
• Discuss the opportunity to grow sales by introducing a new generation of artists to the benefits of art boards vs. art papers and pads.
• Review the large variety of board-backed artist surface options Crescent offers.
• Introduce a new range of beautifully packaged smaller sized art boards ideal for placement in any retail location near the artist media they are designed to complement.

Presented by Connie Cook, Senior Product Manager for Crescent Cardboard. From her first figure drawing class in grade school, Connie knew that art stirred her soul. She received a BFA in Visual Communication from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and her MBA in Marketing from University of Phoenix. Connie brings both creativity and business insight to her role as Senior Product Manager at Crescent. She is a member of the Color Marketing Group and travels extensively for her research of color and design trends. Her three decades of professional experience encompass design, marketing, art direction, and product development. Her current favorite mediums are watercolor and colored pencil.

Monday, March 5        10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m     Room 201A in Conv. Ctr.
